BRIAN

Following the musical trend set by his older siblings during a thriving band scene in Rush, Brian entered the fray early and now has over 18 years experience playing the guitar.

Brian attended the British and Irish Modern Music Institute where he received a diploma in Professional Musicianship and a BA (Hons) degree in Commercial Modern Music (guitar).

During his time at BIMM Brian collaborated with various musicians, acquired and further honed skills in film and TV soundtrack production and recording, home recording, drums, heavy metal bass playing and instrumental blues, funk, pop, metal and country guitar techniques among a host of others. Blues improvisation being a keen interest and specialisation.

With an appetite for all genres of music Brian is eager to share his knowledge with students and further expand his repertoire to accommodate all interests of Keys and Strings attendees.
