RIAM Online Theory Exam

If you have received a text informing you that your child—or you, as an adult student— are ready to sit the Royal Irish Academy Theory Exam, and you wish for us to proceed with the exam application, please confirm by sending us a message by this Wednesday, 25th of March, 5pm. This exam will be conducted online and must be completed by students from their own homes. Please note that a laptop, tablet, or computer with internet access is required to complete the exam. Login details will be provided closer to the exam date.

The fee for the exam must be paid by this Friday (27th of March) 12 pm, so we can go ahead with the application.

The exam will be available for completion between May 11th (12pm) and May 13th (10pm) for grades up to 5. For grades 6-8 the exam will be available for completion on the 9th of May (12-6 pm)  

Along with your confirmation, kindly provide the following information:

1. Full name to appear on the certificate.

2. Best email address to send the login info for the exam.

2. Date of birth.

3. Learning needs or disabilities (if applicable).

Exam fees can be paid via our website or Bank Transfer to the schools’ account.
